Vandament Arena will be rededicated following the recently completed renovation. The arena will now be home to the Wildcat men's and women's basketball teams and the volleyball team.
The rededication ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, with a reception to immediately follow. The reception will conclude at 4:30 p.m. in order to allow staff to prepare for that evening's volleyball match. The dedication ceremony and reception are free and students, faculty and staff, and the public are invited to attend.
The Wildcats will open their 2024 season and debut the renovated arena at 5 p.m. in a match versus Findlay. Tickets are available at Northern Michigan University | Ticketing - Ticket Office Home (universitytickets.com) .
