Faculty & Staff Love Yourself Event

NMU Logo on bricks

Faculty/Staff

"Preventive care is something people get when they're healthy to make sure they stay healthy."

Does this sound like you?  You take great care of others, prioritizing their wants and needs ahead of your own, meaning on the list of to-dos, you're last. On a holiday that's historically known for professing your love to others, your Benefits Team invites you to carve out a little time for Y-O-U!

We're hosting a drop-in event and encourage you to stop by the Jamrich lobby nearest Harden Hall on February 14 between 9am and 11am.  Come for a minute or an hour.

For those that are not on campus or can't make it, we hope you will engage virtually (check your email for more details).

All NMU Faculty & Staff are eligible to play Love Yourself Bingo. Only entries with at least one bingo (3 in a row diagonally, vertically, or horizontally) will be eligible for a prize. Four winners will be drawn. Entries must be submitted during the event (9am to 11am EST). Entries submitted early or late will not be considered. The QR Code will bring you to the BINGO card.

Join Kim Hongisto and Heather Haupt for digestible information about preventive health and how NMU's benefits support prevention, usually at no cost to the member.
